Tips for Creating Great GIFs
Optimize Dimensions
Keep your GIF dimensions reasonable (around 320x240 pixels) to maintain a smaller file size. Larger dimensions result in larger files.
Frame Rate Matters
For smooth animations, aim for 10-15 frames per second. Lower frame rates create choppier but smaller GIFs.
Limit Colors
GIFs work best with limited color palettes. Images with fewer colors will result in smaller, more efficient GIFs.
Keep it Short
The best GIFs are brief (2-5 seconds). Longer animations result in larger files that may be slow to load.
